  Metro PCS Authorized dealer. They are all idiots. I blame the owner /mgrs. They lie to get you to spend money. I went there to activate an old phone while waiting for ins replacement. THEY told me it would void my claim. Said I needed to add another line with another number for $35 and wanted to chg me another $15 for activation. BUT.. if I bought a new phone...they would give me a $30 credit. Why would I want to buy a new phone when I was expecting a new one in the mail???? I called 611 and Metro activated for FREE on my EXISTING line. My replacement phone is being shipped as I write this. Scammers! I tried to deal with these people 4 times, and left upset every time. Plus...THEY NEVER HAVE ANY PHONES IN STOCK EXCEPT THE HIGH END. They lie, they lie they lie. Don't waste your time or money.Go to a corporate store, save money on the same phones and leave happy.
